Accounts Payable (AP) Manager
Salary = $55k-65k annually
The Accounts Payable (AP) Manager is responsible for overseeing all accounts payable functions across all RCS locations, supporting both commercial and residential operations. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant processing of vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and payments while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting financial accuracy.
The AP Manager plays a key role in cash management, vendor relationships, and audit readiness and works closely with Finance leadership and operational teams across the organization.
Reporting Structure
Reports To: CFO
Works Closely With: Finance Team, Operations Leadership, Warehouse Managers, Fleet & Compliance, and Vendors
Accounts Payable Management
- Oversee all accounts payable functions for commercial and residential operations across all RCS locations.
- Review, code, and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
- Ensure timely processing of payments in accordance with vendor terms and internal policies.
- Manage weekly payment runs and cash disbursement schedules.
Vendor Management & Controls
- Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and payment information.
- Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal approval thresholds and documentation requirements.
Expense & Credit Card Oversight
- Review employee expense reports and credit card transactions.
- Ensure expenses are properly documented, coded, and approved.
- Support expense policy compliance and audits.
Reconciliations, Reporting & Audit Support
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end close related to accounts payable.
- Assist with audits, insurance requests, and financial reviews.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Maintain and improve AP processes, controls, and documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes and internal controls.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-location or service-based organizations.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

Residential Mover/Driver
$16.00 - $21.00 an hour Plus Tips
The Residential Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles and actively participating in all aspects of residential moving services. In addition to driving responsibilities, this is a hands-on field role, and the Residential Driver is fully accountable for the physical execution, quality, safety, and professionalism of each move.
Residential Drivers are expected to function as full members of the moving crew and are responsible for all aspects of the move, including loading, unloading, packing, protection, setup, and customer interaction.
Reporting Structure
Reports To: Operations Manager
Works Closely With: Crew Leaders, Operations, Warehouse, Dispatch, Customer Service, and Customers
Driving & Transportation Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and Company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle or safety issues immediately.
- Ensure vehicles are properly loaded, secured, and unloaded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicles.
Move Execution & Labor Responsibilities
- Perform all physical aspects of residential moving, including lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking.
- Protect household goods, residences, elevators, flooring, and common areas.
- Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture and household items.
- Follow job scopes, work orders, and Crew Leader instructions.
Customer Service & Professional Conduct
- Interact professionally and respectfully with customers at all times.
- Clearly communicate issues, damages, or concerns to the Crew Leader immediately.
- Represent the Company positively on all job sites.
Safety, Compliance & Accountability
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and lifting techniques.
- Use proper PPE and moving equipment.
- Report incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Administrative & Timesheet Responsibilities
- Accurately complete daily timesheets.
- Ensure time is recorded correctly to the appropriate job.
- Assist with job documentation as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (CDL or non-CDL as required for vehicle assignment).
- Clean driving record in accordance with Company and insurance standards.
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening if applicable.
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs. repeatedly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential moving or household goods handling.
- Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Field-based role with physical labor in varying residential environments.
- Exposure to weather, stairs, tight spaces, and heavy lifting.
- High level of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism required.
